Clothes Maketh the Quilt, Part One

To give myself another creative challenge, I purchased a pound of thrifted fabric cut from old clothing.

While I could make something with all of the fabric, it would look a little odd. So I set aside these fabrics to use for other projects.

I ended up with these six different thrifted fabric piles for my project.

To add a little more color I selected this sea glass solid from my UFO bin. Stay tuned to see how I turn these bits and pieces of old clothes into something new.
