Saving the Double Crazy Part Two

Once I finished temporary repairs on the double-sided quilt's front and back with organza ribbon, I pressed the edges and put them back down together to see if they would work as a single top.

One side is slightly larger than the other, but I was actually hoping it would be. I then sewed them together.

As for the larger side, I'm going to trim it to match the smaller side, and then use the trim piece to permanently repair the top when I remove the organza ribbons. Stay tuned; next step is to get it batted and backed.
